Grill the turkey dinosaurs under a pre-heated grill for 8-10 mins, turning once.
Meanwhile heat the oil in a frying pan, add the potatoes, cover and cook over a medium heat for 8 mins until softened and starting to brown. Add the mushrooms and cook for a further 5 mins, stirring occasionally until potatoes are golden and mushroom softened.
Poach or scramble the eggs. Arrange the turkey dinosaurs with the potato and mushroom 'volcano', eggs 'lava' on the top and the tomato 'blood lake' around the bottom.
