100g Bernard Matthews Farms Turkey Breast Slices, cut into strips
Pinch of chilli powder
2 tbsp lime juice
100g prawns, cooked and peeled
Handful of chopped coriander
4 spring onions, sliced
4 flour tortillas, warmed through
4 level tbsp salsa
4 level tbsp guacamole
Optional: a few sprigs of fresh coriander for garnish
Add the chilli to the lime juice. Then mix in the turkey strips, prawns and chopped coriander.
Divide the spring onions and coriander into four, and place onto each tortilla. Add the turkey breast strips and prawn mix to the tortillas and 1 tbsp each of guacamole and salsa.
Roll each one up and cut it in half diagonally, garnish with coriander sprigs and serve
